STATEMENT
OF FAITH FOR THE WORD OF FAITH NETWORK
1.
We believe the entire Bible to be the holy inspired Word of
God and it is the only
authority for the faith and conduct of the Believer.
2.
We believe in one God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
Creator of all things.
3.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten
Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin
Mary, was crucified, died, buried, resurrected, ascended into
heaven and is presently seated at the right hand of the Father
God and is both true God and true man.
4.
We believe in personal salvation of believers through the
shed blood of Jesus Christ.
5.
We believe that all who have called on the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ as their Savior are saved and shall spend
eternity with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and those who do
not call on His name shall spent eternity in the depths of
darkness separated from God.
6.
We believe in the pre-tribulation gathering together of the
saints in the air with the Lord Jesus Christ, both living and
dead.
7.
We believe that all good comes from God and all evil comes
from Satan and that the two never change roles.
8.
We believe in divine healing and that it is included in our
Redemption. 9.
We believe that God is only able to work in the earth through
mankind and that only to the extent of our faith and stand in
authority. 10.
We believe in water baptism, the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as
distinct from the New Birth, speaking in tongues as the Spirit
gives utterance, the gifts of the Spirit and evidence of the
fruit of the Spirit. We believe that these are available
to all believers. 11.
We believe in the soon coming, personal return of the Lord
Jesus Christ to reign and rule on this earth for a 1,000 years
and after that the coming down of the New Jerusalem as the
eternal abode of all believers. 12.
We believe in the Great Commission given by the Lord Jesus
Christ at the finish of His earthly ministry to go into all
the world and preach the Gospel and make disciples of all who
believe. |
